I'm slowly working on the intro scene, and I finally got around to putting PaladinZ's textures onto the Pyro. Enjoy!
School has been killing me this semester, but I'm still alive. I posted a few screenshots of the supply entrance to Novak Prison (D3 level 2) where you will rescue Dr. Swietzer.
Since I am basing Equinox off the book rather than the game, the supply entrance is no longer the way in. In fact, you will land your ship before entering. The supply entrance will be placed next to the landing pads for decoration.
This is NOT a cancellation or anything of that sort. I'm just swamped at school right now and need to get things organized. Hopefully progress will only be delayed another week or two. I can guarantee that I'm not in any way giving up on this, I've been looking foward to this project for far too long. ;)
I've been thinking about this project for over a year, and finally decided to get off my lazy butt and start it. I know that there will be no way for me to complete it on my own, which is why I'm going to be calling on the Hub Editing Team for much assistance.
Over the last week I've created several models including the phoenix, old scratch, the good ol' Joshbot (I really don't know what it's truly called, that's just what the original creator named the file), and the superlaser powerup. And long ago made the pyro-gx (though it could use a good deal of work. I didn't really know good editing techniques when I made that one)

Since I keep losing interest in my other projects, I decided to do a rotation thing. I will work on one project until I lose interest, the I switch to the next. That way, I'll always be working on something.
I wasn't sure if I should take on a project this big, but I'll just do it one chunk at a time :)

Well, the hub seems to want ZeqMacaw to be in charge of this.
I (SG-fan) am making the X-303 for JK, not Zeq. If the admin could fix this, I would be grateful.
Ok, the JK port is going along fairly well due to SM's cogs. I've had to heavily modify the (former) MOTS code, including making a second client cog. But all is well :) The only things left to recode are:
function [button] (comments)
leaving the ship [activate] (besides dying, which is done)
Disabling the cursor [use inventory]
Firing weapons [primary fire]
Cruise [run foward] (already recoded, but has an error)
Disabling weapons [weapon select]
Changing cameras [camera view]
Most of these just need their respective key trappings to work.
I am still in need of ships with modeled cockpits if you wish to help.
Well Ruthven's done it. I'm gonna try to convert it to JK. Oi is this gonna be a pain, I'm really relying on the playeraction verb. If anyone has advice, I could sure use it. I'm looking over SaberMaster's cogs to get a general idea of how he did it.

Well, I finally got my own project page :)
Now for the good stuff, I've been working on this ship idea for the last 3-4 years possible more that that and have just created a stable singleplayer version (mostly) I'm uploading videos of me launching and flying the X-wing made by Friend14 (but abandoned before being textured :( )
The videos are in .rar format and use the divx 5.02 codec
They aren't the best quality, but I think you can get the just of my cog so far.
