I'm trying to record a manual installation of JK on 64-bit Win 7 using Bandicam, but the UI flickers (see this video for an example).

Anyone know how I can fix that?

As far as I can tell, Fraps seems to be the best thing to record it. That's what Gibba uses. Btw, it didn't show the Windows Desktop or the JK Menu so we can't see if you are having problems with recording your Desktop, your Mouse, its clicks and drags, or when you run the game. All we know is the expected in-game UI flicker when using certain recorders.
