I find that lowering my resolution to 640*480 helps quite a bit when using fraps, that and disabling the sound capture. There's also a setting in there somewhere for the fps, use the max one.

I must say, these saber glows and force destruction are quite amazing.

I'm so confused. Are these latest screenshots for real? They look amazing! Better than JO/JA, in my opinion! How did you do that?

No, not real. Look closely, you'll see the glow overlays the Rodian's arm (first shot). Besides which, there's none of the darkness you get with the bilinear based JK alpha blending.

I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he had come up with something hugely revolutionary. :(
