What would be MORE fantastic is a new release! That old stuff is from way back in 2007! Was man even beyond chiseling out lightsabers from stone back then?

Lightsabers still clip through transparent surfaces, as the fix is level-based, and not mod-based.

What is the level-based fix?

Also, the release is great. I am getting scorch marks by the way, and I don't see anythnig wrong with them. I didn't turn off other COGs I have in use, so it could very well be interference with another COG ''enabling'' them.

The level-based fix was to replace all the transparent surfaces with transparent 3dos, that have a flicker cog assigned to them.

Updating the things sector seems to nullify the issue.

This applies to anything in the game. If a thing, or AI, enter the players sector, they become completely visible behind your lightsaber, and their lightsaber works just fine behind your own.

If you were really bent on fixing this, you could create a cog that creates specified glass-things at specified sector/pos, after determining what level you're in.

I've made 3do's that can have infinitely overlapping translucencies as long as the surface behind the next is a lower number in the 3do file. It would appear the renderer handles different objects of the same sector similarly.
