Sets the thrust of a sector. Syntax:
SetSectorThrust(sector, thrust_vec, thrust_speed);
thrust_vec: This is the vector direction that the thrust should travel. Use a vector variable or the 'x y z' form to express the vector.
thrust_speed: This is the flex speed of the thrust. The thrust_vec will be scaled by this value.
