Description

This tool will help enforce a cog's line count and object count; both of which are important factors in writing checksum-passing cogs.

Features:
-'Object bank' keeps track of total object count
-Object ripper that eats entire sections of COG and replaces them with x's (preserving object count)

Requirements

May require a vb runtime dll.
