Generic Conveyor Belt

Description
Control 1-8 conveyor belts moving in the same direction and with the same velocity. Can be used on any surface. Allows a 2D offset, so the scrolling is based on the surface. Allows for easy 'synced' scrolling of multiple surfaces.
