JK ReCog

JKReCog is a tentative title, but is descriptive enough for now since it will improve upon existing JK cogs. Currently entails force powers and weapon cogs.

Intended to be compatible with JKE and compliment it. Also will have backward compatibility with vanilla JK. I also intend to make an effort later on to adapt some of the new features to RBots, but that will come toward the final stages. No other mods are guaranteed to be compatibie with JKReCog.
